You
don't have to be a Genius to learn how to live a longer healthier
life for yourself or your family.
With
25+ years of Health, Nutrition, Exercise, Anatomy, Physiology, Vitamins,
Herbs, Therapies and more, and putting it all together with tons
of research, and much deliberation, I've come up with the closest
thing to a correct answer:
If
you want to look, feel and function better, you need
to “Change your Life!”
If not for yourself, then for your family.
So,
“What are you willing to do to look, feel and function
better?”
The
answer of course should be, “Anything.” But
as with new year's resolutions or wedding vows, we know better than
to hold people too their word.
If
you were to change just 1/3 of your life, I know that you'd be impressed
with the results. And so would your loved one's. Most problems do
not appear over night yet we all want them solved this way. There
is no such thing as a quick fix. Wake up and smell the coffee, there
are answers, but as usual they are not easy.
We've
”been taught” to hold out for some miracle
drug, or surgical procedure. We've also been taught to discount
the healing power of Nature, and the benefits of lifestyle changes,
proper nutrition, and good old fashioned exercise. If you truly
want progress, it requires action, your action. If you want to change
your health, you have to change your life.
If
these things seem impossible for you, then what are you asking the
question for? If you are already limiting your reponse, why inquire
at all?
