Books

Prescription Alternatives
-- Earl Mindell

Comments: If you are even on just 1 medication, this book will be helpful at keeping you healthful. Between it's Introduction and page's 3 through 14 alone, Earl Mindell R. PH., PH. D. hits a home run with some of the best information ever written about prescription medication and it's alternatives. Don't get me wrong, the rest of the book is excellent, but the Introduction and page's 3 through 14 will suck you into reading the rest of this book.

Don't Sweat The Small Stuff...
-- Richard Carlson, PH.D.

Comments: I always thought that I was a pretty laid back person until I read some of this book. Boy did it shed some light. Im still more laid back than most, but this book showed me just how often we allow ourselves to get all worked up about things that, upon closer examination, aren't really that big a deal. I have purchaced this book for several of my clients over the years, and all have come back to say thanks, I wish I had read this years ago.
